
Having worked at one of the largest law firms in the state as a defense attorney for six years, Mr. Harbin moved to Anderson in 1996. Since then, he has used his experience to help individuals with serious personal injuries.
Mr. Harbin has also handled a number of high-profile cases. These include the Charlotte Motor Speedway bridge collapse, dram shop liability cases, trucking wrecks, and motorcycle cases.

Ms. Burnett is a trial attorney who focuses on representing people who have been injured as a result of professional negligence. In particular, her work includes nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. She is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been a partner of the firm since 2012.
Ms. Burnett received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and French in 1996 from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, graduating magna cum laude. She later received a Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, where she earned multiple academic honors and distinctions.

Ms. Stewart is a civil litigation attorney who represents individuals and families in complex injury cases, including medical malpractice, trucking and automobile collisions, and premises liability.
She is licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina and has also been recognized as a Legal Elite of the Upstate and a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 attorney.
Ms. Stewart received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she earned Dean’s List honors and was awarded the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award.

Mr. Welborn is a trial attorney who handles cases in all state and federal courts in South Carolina. Larry has been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Association for Justice and is also a member of the Anderson County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
Married with two children, Mr. Welborn is a native of Greenville, South Carolina, and earned his B.A. from Clemson University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1989.
