Mary Catherine Harbin

Ms. Harbin graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2016. After graduation, Ms. Harbin attended the Charleston School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor degree in 2019. During law school, she was honored with selection of the Charleston School of Law Moot Court Board. During her third year of law school, she was given the honor of serving as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. Also, during law school, Ms. Harbin was a Student Ambassador and served on the Honor Council.

After law school, Ms. Harbin served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Scott Sprouse in the Tenth Judicial Circuit in Walhalla, South Carolina. In 2020, Ms. Harbin joined our firm and practices personal injury, and in particular auto accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect and medical malpractice. 

Ms. Harbin serves on multiple committees within the Young Lawyers Division of the South Carolina Bar. Ms. Harbin serves as a board member for the Asher House in Anderson, SC. Ms. Harbin also serves as the Secretary for the Anderson County Bar.
