Scheduled for Friday, October 11th, 2024, at the prestigious Paris Mountain Country Club in Greenville, SC, this tournament brings together community members, supporters, and friends for a day of remembrance and impactful giving.
About the Tournament
The tournament will kick off with a Captain’s Choice format and a shotgun start at 11:00 AM. Participants will experience an afternoon of golf on one of the Upstate’s finest courses, all while contributing to a meaningful cause. The Tucker W. Hipps Memorial Foundation, established by Cindy and Gary Hipps in memory of their son Tucker, who tragically passed away while attending Clemson University, aims to continue Tucker’s legacy through various community-focused initiatives.
Foundation Impact
The proceeds from this year’s tournament will support several key areas:
- Scholarships and Education: Funds will provide scholarships for students attending Palmetto Boys State and support various educational programs. The foundation aims to foster leadership and academic excellence among youth.
