Ms. Stewart is a civil litigation attorney licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She concentrates her practice in representing individuals and families who have been injured as a result of negligence, including medical malpractice, trucking and automobile collisions, premises liability, and other serious personal injury matters.

Ms. Stewart received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, where she studied History and Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List and was the recipient of the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award in 2020.

Ms. Stewart has been recognized for her work in civil litigation, including being named to the Legal Elite of the Upstate by Greenville Business Magazine for three consecutive years. She has also been selected as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Litigation Attorney.
